To enter, complete this form and confirm your subscription to the FACTS campaign email series for the Urban Sports Club partnership. Consent to receive these campaign emails is a condition of entry. Confirm your subscription using the link sent by Klaviyo within the entry period. If your subscription to this campaign list is already confirmed, you do not need to confirm it again. Each person may enter once using their own valid email address. No purchase or entry fee is required.
A valid sign-up gives you one basic entry. The campaign series includes information about nutrient routines, the Urban Sports Club partnership and relevant FACTS offers, including after the draw. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Unsubscribing after confirmation does not invalidate an entry that is already valid. This does not subscribe you to the regular FACTS newsletter; existing subscriptions remain unchanged.
You receive one bonus entry for following @facts.system and another for following @urbansportsclub. Enter your own Instagram username and confirm each follow in the form before the entry deadline. Existing follows count too. For a bonus entry to be valid, you must follow the relevant account both at the entry deadline and when it is checked after the draw. Each person can have a maximum of three entries. The product question is optional and affects neither the number of entries nor the prize category.
FACTS checks the relevant follow only if a bonus entry is drawn. Clicking the button does not automatically verify the follow. If the profile cannot be clearly linked to you or the follow cannot be clearly verified, you may provide suitable evidence within seven calendar days of the request, such as a screen recording from your logged-in Instagram profile. You may obscure information that is not needed. A private profile is not a reason for exclusion. We never ask for passwords. If the required follow or evidence is missing, only that bonus entry is excluded and the affected prize is drawn again. Other valid entries remain eligible.
The prizes are five Daily Performance Bundles, each containing one pack of Daily Essentials, Daily Vitality and Fitness⁺, worth €200 per bundle, and 50 packs of FACTS Daily worth €54 each. Total prize value: €3,700. Values are based on one-time purchase prices; for Switzerland, they serve only as a statement of value in euros. The drinking bottles shown are not included. Prizes cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. The bundle is not a recommendation to take all products at the same time. After the entry deadline, FACTS randomly draws the five bundles from all valid entries, followed by the 50 Daily prizes. Each valid entry has an equal chance within the respective draw. Each person can win a maximum of one prize; once a win is confirmed, their remaining entries are removed from subsequent draws. Viewing a prize category on the page does not select your prize. There is no entitlement to a particular category.
Winners will be notified at the email address they provided. Please reply within seven calendar days of the message being sent and provide the information needed for verification and delivery. If no reply is received or the eligibility requirements are not met, the entitlement to the prize expires and it is drawn again. Your name and delivery address are collected only if you win. Delivery is free to an address in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. FACTS also covers any import duties on the prize. Winners’ names and profiles will not be made public without separate consent.
Automated entries, multiple sign-ups by the same person, identity misuse and demonstrable manipulation are prohibited. If there are reasonable grounds for suspicion, the person concerned will have an opportunity to clarify the matter. FACTS may exclude entries where misuse is proven. The giveaway may be changed or ended early only for compelling legal or technical reasons that make proper administration impossible. FACTS will provide information on this page; participants’ legitimate interests will be respected.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or organised by Instagram or Meta and is not associated with these platforms. FACTS is the sole point of contact. We process your email address, campaign sign-up, the version of the terms you accepted and information about confirmation and entry administration. If you request optional bonus entries, we also process your Instagram username, claimed follows and any evidence needed. If you win, we need your name and delivery address. This information is used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, conduct the draw, notify winners and deliver prizes under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Entry under these terms is not possible without an email address and the required confirmation.
We send campaign emails and relevant offers on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is documented through a confirmation link. Under the terms and conditions, it is required for sign-up; you can subsequently withdraw it at any time. We store any product interests you voluntarily select as profile properties to understand the community’s interests and tailor campaign emails to your selection. You can skip this question without losing any entries.
To prevent misuse and demonstrate proper administration, we may retain necessary verification and consent records on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We process legally required records under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. The random draw is reviewed by FACTS; there is no decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects under Article 22 GDPR.
We use Klaviyo to store profiles, campaign data and product interests, and to send confirmation and campaign emails. Entry information is stored as separate profile properties. A recorded follow or entry count is initially a statement made by the participant, not automatic Instagram verification. The page is hosted through Shopify. If you win, contracted delivery and logistics providers receive only the data needed for delivery. Urban Sports Club does not receive a participant list or email addresses; partnership reporting does not identify individuals.
Klaviyo and Shopify may also process data in the USA; Shopify also processes data in Canada. Transfers to third countries rely on the applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards, in particular EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the necessary supplements for Switzerland. Details and current subprocessors are listed in Klaviyo’s data processing terms and our general privacy policy. You can ask us for information about the safeguards used for your data.
If you follow an Instagram link or use Instagram to provide evidence, Meta processes data under its own responsibility and privacy notices. We do not require access to your account.
Data used solely for the giveaway, including Instagram details and evidence, is generally deleted or anonymised no later than 90 days after all prizes have been fully administered. If specific data is still required for a particular legal dispute or statutory retention obligation, we restrict processing to that purpose. For campaign emails, we retain your email address and voluntarily selected product interests until you withdraw consent or the campaign series ends. We retain consent records to defend legal claims until the applicable limitation period expires, normally three years from the end of the year in which consent was withdrawn. A minimal suppression record may be retained so that we can honour your unsubscribe request.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time. You can withdraw consent with effect for the future using the unsubscribe link or by emailing hello@factsandsupps.com. This does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing or a giveaway entry that has already been confirmed.
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in your place of residence. The competent authority for FACTS is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia. In Austria, it is the Austrian Data Protection Authority; in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
